OUR PROMISE (14-DAY RETURN WINDOW)

We want you to love your Julia Style purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Intimate apparel, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), and custom-made items.

HOW TO RETURN

1. Contact Us: Email support@juliastyle.shop with your Order ID and reason for return.
2. Approval: We will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address in Turkey.
3. Ship: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

REFUND PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse in Istanbul, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment via 2Checkout.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
