ORDERS & PRODUCTS

Simply select your desired product, choose size and quantity, and proceed to checkout. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Orders can be modified or canceled only before they are shipped. Please contact our support team immediately at support@juliastyle.shop with your order number.

Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return according to our return policy.

Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering — we are happy to assist you with sizing recommendations.

Please note that customs processing may cause delays in some countries.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These charges are included in your shipping charges and are the shipping company’s responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
